As winter is approaching us, many folks will start storing their bikes away to not be seen again until spring. Here at Seattle E-Bike, we want our riders to be prepared and excited to get on their bikes year-round. Since the beginning of the summer, we have been preparing to offer more power, more cargo, more visibility, and more adventure while safely riding. There is so much going on here at Seattle E-Bike and we are excited to share what we have brought to our shop.
Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, The 2012 Interbike International Expo had 776 booths which attracted thousands of excited and innovative cyclists from all over the world. The booths were stocked with very impressive products to share with the biking community. We had the opportunity to attend this year and discovered many new products, a number of which we’ll be debuting at our store this month to help you keep riding through the fall and winter season.
A precaution every bike rider should consider is making sure you are as visible as possible to prevent accidents, especially on busy streets in the city. The Halobelt meets above those expectations and does it with style. The Halo belt makes the rider visible from 360 degrees, with various blinking capabilities. Made with poly/nylon, the LED sends light through a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) fiber optic making the light bright, glowing, and visible. This solution is also theft-proof, as they explain on their website, because it is wearable and not left on the bike for anyone to steal.

If you live in the northwest, you can certainly relate to the rider in this video. Can you imagine using an e-trailer that has a powerful motor and can carry up to 40 liters without having to modify the bike you already own? It is complete and utter genius. Stop by our shop to see it for yourself!
Those are just two products that we added to our line-up, but that is just the beginning of what all is going on at Seattle E-Bike. We encourage you to stop in to get the whole scoop of what we've been up to. If we told you everything, then you wouldn't wonder. Happy riding!
