Seattle E-Bike does more than sell the most stylish and powerful electric bikes in the country, the safest and most stable batteries money can buy (LiFePO4), and the longest warranty all for at least 40% less than the competition. We also provide full service bike repair for all brands of bikes, non-electric included.
Tim Mezen, our mechanical ninja, is not only friendly and knowledgeable about bicycles in general, but he is also a hardcore enthusiast. If you bring up a local race or Le Tour De France, be prepared for a long talk with him about the finer points of cycling. Tim lives and breathes bikes, has continued to ride bikes for over 20 years (he has even gone pro!), and he loves working on each bike to its' finest condition possible.
Our repair shop is located right in Pioneer Square, just about five blocks from the downtown business district. The repair laboratory is located downstairs, below the retail location, in the Grand Central building. If you are a bike commuter, please call us at (206) 344-8000 to make an appointment with Tim. He may be able to get you in and out the same day, even for a fairly complex set of services. We don't hesitate to fix flats right away. If Tim is busy in bike surgery, leave a message with the store manager, Mikaela, and Tim will get back to you the same day, and at a minimum evaluate your problem and set up an efficient way to get it fixed.

We also do bike fitting, so we can ensure that your new bike fits you properly. An improper fit can result in injury, or at a minimum, a painful ride that would make it really hard to enjoy your new bike, and we don't allow that. Keep up on all the awesomeness on Twitter (@SeattleEBike) or on Facebook: www.facebook.com/seattleebike.
We look forward to seeing you!
