We have a big, beautiful store in Seattle's Pioneer Square district. Between the railroad tracks that stream into Seattle's Port, the cobblestone streets, and most of all the steepest streets of any city but Hong Kong (no, it's not San Francisco), and, what sometimes seems like incessant rain, our customers challenge their bikes, their brakes, their gears, and their motors. Because we have worked hard to establish personal relationships of trust with our customers, we have had the opportunity to learn how to take a Prodeco, which is a superb platform, tweak and tune it, and make it, already the best electric bike around, into the best electric bike around times 2.

Instead of having your bike sent from the factory to a fulfillment center and on to you directly, we have the factory send it to us. Our chief mechanic carefully removes your bike from its hi tech packaging, lifts it up and bolts it into our custom steel fabricated stand. He turns to his bench and picks through his tools, and begins a meticulous 18 point tune and adjustment of your bike, one point alone involving checking approximately 40 fittings for the proper torque. Everything that moves is checked, adjusted if needed, tightened if needed, cleaned and/or lubricated if needed, and quite simply, treated just like the $7000 carbon fiber bike that you could not buy on the net if you tried. For merely an extra $100 you still have the least expensive but still one of the most powerful e-bikes on the planet, but instead a direct market mass produced bike, you have an individually hand tuned bike, and that, my friends, is a very smart way to spend $100.
