During the first 30 days after you purchase a bike from us, you may return it if it is in as new condition, has not had a fall, and is otherwise undamaged. In that case, we will refund the cost of the bike, minus a 15% restocking charge.
Or you may opt to receive full store credit which is good for 30 days after the return.
Within the first 30 days of purchase, we will correct, at no charge, any problems you might have with the bike that is not caused by a fall or abuse.
After that time, your recourse is to the manufacturer’s warranty. Each manufacturer is different. With all manufacturers, we will work with you to help you get any warranty service you are entitled to.
