Shipping options are available for most apparel and accessory items. Orders typically ship within one business day of being placed.
Due to our dealer agreements, some bikes may not be eligible for shipping.
All orders will be subject to a minimum $8.99 shipping fee.

In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.
If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 20 days or the item will be refunded with a 15% restocking fee will be charged unless prearranged with the staff.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or are defective. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee at a minimum 15% of the MSRP.
You may also ship an item back to us if it is defective or not to your satisfaction. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.
- Time: You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund.

- Product Condition: Product must be new or like new condition in order to return.

- Charges: Customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the return.
Seattle E Bike will hold in-store items for 72 hours with a minimum 30% deposit placed in store or over the phone. Deposits must be completed in store by the person who made the deposit. The customer will need to provide proof of deposit and provide ID and the card used on the deposit. The names must match the name on the customer's ID and card used on deposit.
Bicycles held on deposit that are greater than $5000 will be subject to a 2.5% return fee.
In addition to any warranty claims any purchaser of any item may have against a manufacturer pursuant to the manufacturers’ warranties, all purchasers of any item from Seattle E-Bike may avail themselves of the following remedies: Submission of the dispute to binding arbitration before the Better Business Bureau of Oregon, Alaska, and Western Washington (BBB). Said Arbitration shall be governed by the Binding Arbitration Rules of that Body. In the alternative, the customer may elect Binding Arbitration before the American Arbitration Association under its Rules, but said form of Arbitration being more expensive and burdensome, the customer so electing shall be responsible for all of the fees of the AAA, regardless of the outcome, which fees shall be paid as they are due. By electing to purchase an item from Seattle E-Bike, the customer agrees that these remedies are the exclusive remedies available to them, and HEREBY WAIVES ANY OTHERS, including the right to bring suit, or the right to dispute credit card charges on any credit card used to purchase any item from Seattle E-Bike.
Seattle E-Bike warrants every item it sells as new or as a demo to be free from defects at the time of purchase. If the customer discovers any defects, the customer shall notify Seattle E-Bike within 30 days of purchase, and present the item at its location at 4517 California Ave SW, Seattle WA 98116 Seattle E-Bike shall be responsible for correcting any and all defects brought to its attention during that period. If Seattle E-Bike is unable to correct the defect, or reach a reasonable mutual decision, it shall promptly take the item back and refund the customer’s purchase money. Any Customer shipping any item to Seattle E-Bike must first obtain clearance from Seattle E-Bike management, and said Customer shall be responsible for all shipping charges in both directions, unless the defect is not correctable. Seattle E-Bike reserves the right to cause any defect discovered in the first 30 days to be corrected by expert technicians located in the customer’s area, but the decision to do so shall be solely at the discretion of Seattle E-Bike.
If the Customer wishes to return an item that is not defective, the acceptance of said return shall be completely at the discretion of Seattle E-Bike, with respect to any returns of any items with any moving parts or any circuits. Seattle E-Bike may impose an appropriate restocking fee of not less than 15% at its discretion with respect to returns. Returns of items without moving parts or circuits shall be accepted if the item is in new condition with original packing intact for a 20% restocking fee.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a Customer has made a deposit on a non-refundable deposit item, or an otherwise designated a non-refundable deposit, any return permitted by Seattle E-Bike shall result in a refund reduced by the amount of the original non-refundable deposit.
The Warranties and Remedies above are in addition to any Warranties and Remedies provided by Seattle E-Bike’s manufacturers which can be availed of directly with that manufacturer. With respect to Seattle E-Bike, said Warranties and Remedies are in lieu of all others, including any responsibility for consequential or incidental damages where permitted by law.
After 30 days, all Warranties and Remedies with respect to Seattle E-Bike expire, and the Customer agrees to seek any recourse with the manufacturer.
All of the foregoing notwithstanding, Seattle E-Bike reserves the right to assist and support its customers as it deems consistent with its service oriented mission, even beyond 30 days, but such actions shall be deemed by all strictly an act of grace, not of policy.

However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error.
