We can ship packages to locations in the Continental United States via the United States Postal Service. We offer free shipping on all accessories.
Bikes, skateboards, and scooters can be picked up at our Seattle store. To have a bike, skateboard, or scooter shipped to you, please call 206-320-8000 for pricing. We can also ship your bike to a bike shop in your area for final assembly and tuning.
You may return an item if it is in new condition and is otherwise undamaged. In that case, we will refund the cost of the merchandise minus a 20% restocking fee. You may also opt to receive a store credit which is good for 30 days after the return.
Returns must be made within 20 days of purchase. You must contact us to obtain a return authorization number before you can return an item. The goods must be returned in their original packaging. Arrangements and the costs of shipping the return are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Risk of loss for damage of returning goods belongs to the purchaser. We strongly recommend you insure the package for its full retail value.
Within the first 30 days of purchase, we will correct at no charge, any problems you might have with the merchandise that are not caused by accident or abuse. We will work with you to help you get any additional manufacturer warranty service you are entitled to.
